FAQ

Current Rate:

$50/day for 1 dog ($5 for additional dogs if they are housed in same kennel) If dogs are 10 pounds or less, we can house 3 dogs safely in one kennel.  $50 deposit to reserve a block of days, that will go toward the balance, balance for the stay is due the day of drop off.

 

Extras if added can be paid at pick up:

$3 per dog/ day if you don’t bring food, or don’t bring enough.

$10 per dog for bath (if needed or requested)

$15 for flea bath (if needed- required if we find fleas on your dog(s))

$5 per dog for nail trim (if requested)

Reservations:

~If you reserve a block of days we require only the $50 deposit, however we require that any cancellation must be done 5 days in advance for "normal" days and 10 days in advance if any of the days falls on the day of, the day before, or the day after a holiday. If you fail to cancel in time you will forfeit your deposit.

~If you choose to pick up your dog(s) early, you will not be refunded the additional days (example, you paid through Sunday but pick up Saturday, you will not be refunded the fee for Sunday.

~If you need to extend your stay, you will have to contact the facility and make sure we have room. Our facility is very small right now, and if we've booked other dogs and have no space to keep yours longer, you will have to make arrangements for pick up.

Vaccinations:

We do require to see proof of vaccinations or titer test results for each dog. We require rabies, parvo, distemper, and bordetella. These can be emailed to us, we will keep them on file, but you will need to send them each time they are updated.

Emergencies:

You will need to give us the name and number of an emergency contact who can act in your behalf if you are unreachable in case of emergencies.
